Bank Street is in the pedestrianised zone of Wrexham town centre, at the top (West end) is the Halifax Bank, Greggs Bakery and Timpson cobblers. At the bottom (East end) is Stephen James Hair Studio, Chevron and The Long Pull.

Wrexham bus station is a 10 minute walk from the clinic. The local bus service provides direct routes to many towns such as Llay, Gwersyllt, Coedpoeth, Brymbo, Minera, Mold, Ruhin, Llangollen, Barmouth, Ruabon, Chirk, Oswestry and Chester.

Wrexham Central Station is the terminus of the Wrexham-Bidston line, and is a 10 minute walk from the clinic. This line provides services to Caergwrle, Buckley, Shotton, Heswall and Neston.
